Vendor Details
Event date: Saturday, September 20, 2025
Vendor setup: Vendors may begin setting up as early as 9:00 AM, but must arrive no later than 10:30 AM and be fully set up by 11:30 AM. This ensures we’re ready to go well before the event begins at 12:00 PM.
General event hours: 12:00 – 4:00 PM
Food vendors are eligible for a $250 stipend for full participation during public hours
Retail and product vendors: $35 table fee
Nonprofit organizations: Free vendor tables
We welcome restaurants, artisans, service providers, local makers, and more. Spaces are limited, and priority will be given to businesses located within the 02908 zip code.
