El Colectivo de Comerciantes 02908 se fundó con orgullo gracias a la colaboración de varias organizaciones: One Neighborhood Builders, RMI, Half Full, SHPI y el Proyecto Comunidades Prósperas, entre otras. Nuestra asociación se dedica a apoyar a la comunidad de pequeñas empresas proporcionándoles valiosos recursos y contactos. Nos esforzamos por fomentar el crecimiento y la colaboración entre los comerciantes locales para crear un entorno económico dinámico. Foreign Labor Certification
The purpose of foreign labor certification programs is to ensure that the employment of foreign workers in the United States, either on a permanent or temporary basis, does not have any negative impact on the job opportunities, wages, or working conditions of American workers.
Work Opportunity Tax Credit
This Federal tax credit incentive program enables the new employees to gradually move from economic dependency into self-sufficiency as they earn a steady income and become contributing taxpayers, while participating employers are compensated by reducing their federal income tax liability.
Workshare RI
The WorkShare program allows employers to retain their skilled workers during times of slowdown by simply reducing the work hours of a larger group of employees. Employees with reduced hours are eligible to receive a portion of their regular unemployment insurance benefits to
compensate for the lost wages for up to 52 weeks.
